Yes, we offer transportation for patients in wheelchairs, as well as those who require stretcher transportation and other accommodations.
We take safety very seriously and have strict protocols in place to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers. These include regular vehicle maintenance, driver training, and adherence to all applicable safety regulations.
Medicare does pay for medically necessary appointments in Georgia. We can help you find and reach out to a Medicare broker to set up transportation. Medicaid is less likely to pay for non-emergency medical transportation.
The amount of time needed in advance would depend on the distance of travel and where you live. We encourage you to book your ride with us as early as possible. However, we strive to meet our client's need's so please don't hesitate to reach out in the event you need a ride in short notice.
We can help you contact your insurance and check your benefits to see if your insurance will pay for your transportation.
We will send an invoice prior to the appointment. There are multiple ways to pay the invoice including credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Cash payments are also accepted and must be presented at pick-up.
